Home streets are quiet and community-oriented, where road users consider one another–whether they are children, cyclists, or cats. A street space prioritizing light traffic encourages lingering and enhances social control. While new developments have somewhat unified the area’s charm, the endearing chaos of the neighborhood houses remains intact. Supilinn’s diverse character is reflected in the street elements: straight benches and playful stones combine urban order with untamed greenery. Even Kiva–a large polished boulder–invites sitting or climbing, striking a balance between urban civility and natural freedom.
