The landscape concept reflects the values and needs of an eco-school. The rhythm of the façade’s repetitions continues in the matrix of the outdoor space, where pine trees arranged in steps frame the views and courtyards. The alternation of lower mown and higher meadow areas has been played with in the restoration. Open gutters direct rainwater into the infiltration basin. The courtyard is both a public park, with pavilions, tracks and sports areas providing activities for students and residents alike. Preserved trees and herbaceous vegetation create natural breaks and invite you to learn to breathe fresh air.
